Cupcake continues

i cant seem to control my impulse to bake. :S

Yesterday, my dearest Jojolove send me another link on cupcakes. not all of them are nice. but i MUST look thru every one of them even though i was kinda bored after some time. hahaha.. but still.. NO, i din stop cuz my evil sillybing CANNOT miss a single one. O.O

I ended up looking at pics instead of doing my assignment. and this morning, after looking at the pics, i baked. As a result, i missed my lesson cuz i cant possible stop baking and ask my housemate do the rest right? and since it was after 5, i missed the exchange office hour and i had to go again tmr

see, evil sillybing.... u have caused so much inconvenience...

anyway way... this is wad she did the whole afternoon in exchange for a 2 hour lecture and lotsa time...

Verdict: This is great! It's a wee bit too sweet for me. but my friends liked it. -Just nice/ not sweet enough- I'm sticking to this recipe for buttercakes :) 

Mission accomplished. 

Cupcake Frenzy... continues

I cant believe it's not over.

Today, i went to Borders with Felix and Deanna. Initially, i din intend to get any books. But by the end of 3 hours, i  couldn't resist the temptation and i bought 2 cookbooks - with the hope that  i'll utilise it well beyond its monetary worth. haha... and of cuz, hopefully the recipes are yummilious. ;)

Cupcakes Encore

In my quest to make better cupcakes, i decided to ask my cousin for her cupcake recipe. I started on my cupcake session after gathering all the ingredients, so i thought. after measuring the mixture for the dough, i realised that my flour has expired and i had a few missing ingredients. So i stopped work and run to the nearest convenient store to get my stuff. Luckily, i managed to get everything :) 

This cupcake differs from the one i made previously, so i had to do everything twice to get the look... hahaha.... 

This time, i had to do everything alone. so i din take many pictures. jus a couple of the final product.

Verdict: Light, soft, fluff.

I dunno if it's suppose to be like that but it turns out pretty well i think. heee...
